Blastpipe „Bouffadou“

It was with the inhabitants of the French Lozère that we discovered this forefather of the bellows. It is called »Boffadou« or »device to make fire without burning the moustache«. One blows through the pine-point cut cane to light fire- without whirling up the ashes. Near the fire comes the time of telling the history of the Bouffanelle witch. She invented the magical cane in the woods of Gévaidan a long time ago. This means that the Bouffadou is surely not an AUERBERG object. However, its simplicity has persuaded us. And: it works great!
